BECOME
STRONGER

You didn’t come here for a fitness class or fancy moves. You came to build real skill and a body that holds up. We help you pick a path. We coach you through it.

— WHY THIS · NOT ANOTHER GYM

YOU CAME LOOKING
FOR SOMETHING
A TREADMILL CAN’T GIVE YOU.

The “gym” is a weird place. Rows of machines, mirrors, chest and bis. All for what? Bigger arms? A nicer booty?

What do you DO with that? Better ways to build a strong body exist. Better still: build real skill while you do it.

01 · THE ART

Train for skill, not a pump.

Jiu-Jitsu. Boxing. Wrestling. Muay Thai. Fighting has been around as long as we have. It’s in our DNA. Learn the craft. Find what’s already in you.

02 · THE BODY

Strength with purpose.

Strength is a skill, like martial arts. Focus on proper body mechanics. Train with purpose. With that structure, you can’t help but transform body, mind, and self.

03 · THE PERSON

Confidence you earn, not fake.

You don’t get confidence from a mirror. You get it from facing challenges. For some, the challenge is walking in the door. For others, it’s fighting in the cage or protecting and serving. We put the right challenges in front of you, at the right time.

Matt Bryers

“Skilled. Strong. Confident. That’s the person we build. Doesn’t matter if you’ve never done this (we specialize in that), or you’re overweight, or you haven’t done anything in years. We’re going to get you stronger, tougher, more confident. Smart training, built around your body, your level, your goals.”

THREE WAYS TO TRAIN.
ONE PLACE TO BECOME THE REAL YOU.

Most members run two of these together. Strength runs underneath all three.

You don’t get a copy of someone else’s training. You get yours.

PROG · 01

MMA

STAND. CLINCH. TAKE IT DOWN. STAND BACK UP.

You stop training "striking" and "grappling" as separate hobbies. You start training the transitions. What your jab sets up. What grip your clinch lets you throw from. Where you want to land.

  • Striking entries connect to actual clinch grips. Mapped, not hoped-for.
  • Cage work is part of the system. Not a "cage class" once a quarter.
  • Get-ups taught as a primary skill. Go down, you have a way back up.
FORThe technician who wants the complete fighting system, whether they want to compete or not.

PROG · 02

JIU-JITSU

NO-GI · COMPLETE GRAPPLING · BOTTOM TO TOP

You stop seeing the ground as one place. You start seeing it as a map of positions, each with its own way out and its own way to win. You start choosing instead of scrambling.

  • A complete game: wrestling, passing, top control, guard, leg entanglements. Taught as one system, not four side classes.
  • Leg entanglements are a real depth area, not a 5-minute mention.
  • The bottom game is taught as offense. Your job from the bottom is to win, not survive.
FORThe person who finally found the hardest workout they’ve ever loved.

SELF-DEFENSE

REAL THREATS · WEAPONS · MULTIPLE ATTACKERS

You stop thinking "what would I do if…" and start training a structure your body can default to under stress. Defense becomes a posture, not a reaction.

  • Built around our Frame system. The same structure works to guard, defend, and crash in. You don’t memorize thirty escapes. You learn one structure that adapts.
  • Weapons are taught, not avoided. Knife, impact tools, everyday-carry. Built in, not bolted on.
  • We teach the ugly stuff. Elbows, hammers, headbutts, joint destruction. Short-range tools for when there is no range.
FORThe parent who wants real protection for their family. Not the feeling of it.

04 · STRENGTH & CONDITIONING— THE ENGINE UNDER ALL THREE

The work that makes the martial arts hold up.

Strength, conditioning, and mobility built for fighters and grapplers. Pair it with whichever program you train.

— YOU’VE BEEN HERE BEFORE

YOU’VE TRIED BEFORE.

You signed up at a gym, learned something cool, forgot it by Friday. You bailed on a program when life got busy. You walked into a place that turned out to be wrong for you. We built TRITAC because we did all of that too.

— THE METHOD · YOU PICK WHERE AND WHEN

MAT WORK BUILDS THE SKILL.
THE HUB KEEPS YOU SHARP.

You showed up to a class once, learned a move, and didn’t use it again. You meant to drill at home, didn’t. You stopped going when life got busy. Here, the system goes home with you, so what you train compounds instead of resets.

DRILL

AT THE GYM OR AT HOME

Get reps in. On the mats here, on a bag in your basement, with a partner in your driveway. The Hub tells you what to drill. You pick where.

STUDY

ON YOUR PHONE

Watch the videos. Read the breakdowns. See what you trained explained from three angles. Lunch break, train ride, before bed.

TRAIN

ON THE MATS

Come in for class. Book a 1-on-1. Show up with a partner. Skip the night you can't make it. Your plan adjusts.

ASK

IN PERSON · ONLINE · ON YOUR PHONE

A coach in class. A coach in your DMs. An AI coach for the 11 PM “wait, how does this work?” moments. Whatever you're stuck on, there's someone to ask.

The schedule bends around you, not the other way around. The work compounds either way.

We LOVE working with beginners. You’re the easiest to coach. No bad habits, no ego, no pretending to know things. You’re not behind. You’re at the most exciting part. Everyone in this room has been where you are.

YOUR FIRST DAY · HOW IT WORKS

No. The Fundamentals class is full of people exactly like you. Day one we’ll teach you how to fall, how to bow in, where to put your stuff, how to tap. Nobody will throw you in a cage. You learn the language first.

WHAT STUDENTS SAY.

Walked in four years ago with absolutely no experience. Was immediately welcomed in by everyone. Matt is the heart of the place. Ruben’s a hell of a combat coach and Chris kills it at strength training.
